What Motiff will never do
We never keep your full NIN or BVN.
Motiff stores a scrambled fingerprint of each number. If our own data were ever stolen, it couldn't be turned back into your NIN or BVN.
We never send you links.
Scammers use links in texts and emails. If Motiff messages you, we'll tell you to open the app or type the address yourself.
We never ask for a password, a code or your full NIN or BVN.
Not by phone, text or email. Anyone who asks in our name is a scammer.
We only text or email you if you say so.
Alerts inside the app are always on. SMS and email alerts stay off until you turn them on.
